CoS Jev router

How a deliverable gets assigned and closed out across the wider stack (this repo's own writer race on plates 01–07 already ran this exact pattern in 2026-09-19's PR history):

A — who/whether. Decide who, if anyone, picks up the work before it starts.

B — one writer lane up front. A single lane is named for a deliverable; it's not a race by default.

C — stage-and-close, conditional. Only when two or more clean PRs land for the same deliverable does CoS Jev stage the winner and close the losers — a fallback, not the default. (This site's own four-writer race for plates 01–07 is a separate, pre-existing house process and stays exactly as documented in HANDOFF.md; it is not superseded by the CoS Jev router.)

writer_claude_box seat

This page was produced on the writer_claude_box lane — an optional seat in the jev-stack writer roster, running on a shared computer ("Grok Bot") under a personal Claude Pro account. The grimstarr Claude instance is kept separate and personal — it is not part of this roster.

This is a jev-stack lane designation, distinct from this repo's own four locked writer seats (Cursor cloud · pi/terra-gpt · Antigravity · Grok Build) documented in HANDOFF.md. It does not add, replace, or reorder those seats.

Instinct / Jason's locks

  • Jason (Instinct) is the sole owner of merge, live/deploy, money, and email/send — across both this microsite and jev-stack.
  • Jev only recommends; it never auto-executes those four actions. Kill switch defaults on.
  • Same locks this repo already documents: no merge, no deploy, no restage, no DNS cut for stack.iterateconsulting.ai without Jason's explicit yes.
